Small-batch coffee roasted with care by two brothers — William, 8, and Graham, 6 — in the rolling hills of Olivenhain. Real beans, real craft, real neighbors.
What started as curiosity about where coffee comes from has become a real family project. William and Graham are learning about business, agriculture, and craftsmanship — one roast at a time.
From sorting green beans to timing the perfect roast, these brothers are hands-on with every step. Their goal? Roast the best coffee on the block — and maybe eventually the whole neighborhood.
Our Story →Each coffee is roasted in small batches to bring out the best in every bean. We source specialty-grade green coffee and roast it right here in Olivenhain.
Olivenhain — German for "olive grove" — is a rural pocket of Encinitas, California. Winding roads, rolling hills, equestrian trails, dark skies, and hot air balloons at dusk. It's the kind of neighborhood where you know your neighbors by name.
Founded by German colonists in the 1880s, the community still gathers at the historic Olivenhain Meeting Hall for Oktoberfest, movie nights, and craft fairs. We're proud to add fresh-roasted coffee to the neighborhood tradition.
At launch, we'll be delivering by hand to our neighbors in Windsor Estates and the surrounding Olivenhain community. Real local, real fresh.
We're learning about coffee every day — and sharing what we discover along the way.
